Extranomical Tours Cancellation policy

One-Day and Half-Day Tours

Full refunds will be given for cancellations to any 1-day and half-day tour reservations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be entitled to any refunds.

Overnight Tours

• Cancellations/changes to a booking more than 10 days before tour departure – 10% of the booking value
• Cancellations and changes 10 or less days before tour departure will not be entitled to any refunds.

Alcatraz Packages

Alcatraz tickets are 100% refundable with at least 5 days’ notice prior to departure. The Extranomical-run portion of any Alcatraz package may be rescheduled (subject to availability) or refunded up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Third Party Tours

Bike Rentals, Bay Cruises, Ferry tickets, Hop on Hop off Passes, and Alcatraz tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
