Many of the tech companies we can visit on a Silicon Valley tour have visitor centers where you can learn about the company and purchase merchandise. Note that these are working campuses and you will not see private offices or talk with employees. 

We will customize the Silicon Valley tour to the preferences of your group. Typically, you will see Oracle’s campus and the winning America’s Cup sailboat, Facebook’s “Thumbs Up” sign, the garage where Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard started HP, the Google Android Lawn Statues, Stanford University and its Linear Accelerator Center building, and other tech headquarters like Apple, YouTube and others. You should also have time to visit the Computer History Museum.

The Bay Area can be windy and chilly in the morning, so it’s best to dress in layers with a water resistant jacket. There is quite a bit of walking, so wear comfortable walking shoes, such as regular tennis shoes, sneakers, or boots with rubber soles and treads.

Bring a light water-resistant jacket, camera or phone, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, umbrella (if the forecast calls for rain), and cash or a credit card for purchasing souvenirs or snacks.

On a private tour, that’s up to you but you will comfortably have about twenty minutes at each stop and one hour for lunch.

Most tech campuses allow photographs during stops at the visitor centers and of the outsides of their buildings. However, you will not be able to take photos of private work spaces. 

We offer a complimentary pick-up from hotels located in San Francisco or anywhere within a 30-minute drive from the city.

The tour typically makes a stop for lunch at Standord University or Mountain View. Let your event planner know, and we’ll make reservations for you. 

Your private tour may be different. Generally, this tour takes 10-11 hours.
