    Of course! We recommend booking for the smallest group you could expect, then adding vehicles or growing into larger sized vehicles to accommodate your headcount. Our tour coordinators can recommend a strategy for working with groups of unpredictable size. 

  • I'm not familiar with the Bay Area. Can you suggest some fun ideas for our group?

  • Our group doesn't speak English. Do you have foreign language guides?

  • Can you book hotels for our group?

    Typically, your local travel agent is your best resource for booking accommodation. We can partner with your travel agent to create complimentary activities to your existing itinerary. 

  • On wine country charters, do I get to pick my own wineries to visit?

    Sure! If you would like to arrange your own winery appointments, just let us know. However, if you would prefer to leave it to our tour coordinators, we'll be happy to make your winery appointments for you.
