7. Do you have any web programming experience e.g. HTML, Dream weaver etc? Please explain.

7B. If no experience, how do you feel about learning web programming and how quickly do you feel you can learn these skills?

12. Payment for this internship includes:
* Accommodation in a student residence (shared room with private bath)
* $US500 per month after the first month
* Monthly MUNI travel pass ($45)
* Some commissions
* Use of company cell phone

13. Shift hours are 40 hours per week with a revolving roster. You will also be required to work weekends. You will have 2 days off per week. With the Directors consent, overtime can be accumulated to gain a day off. We require our staff and interns to be flexible in their roster & in return our management will be flexible in granting days off. Shift Example: 6am-1pm, 12pm – 8pm. We also require our staff to be on call some evenings & mornings.

16. Tours leave for Yosemite on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. A customer rings to book a 1-day tour of Yosemite National Park for Wednesday for 2 people. You check the reservation system and realize we have 1 spot left. What do you do?

Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hrs before trip departure to get partial refund. Airport shuttle transfers are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are subject to a 10% or $25 fee, whichever is greater.
