You have the freedom of San Francisco when you take a San Francisco Bike Rental with ferry ticket included. Pick up your bike from the Fisherman's Wharf at any one of three locations. You will be given an up-to-date model bike, safety helmet, bicycle lock, front handlebar bag, rear gear pack and a San Francisco area map showing the most popular bike routes of San Francisco including Sausalito, Tiburon, Marin Headlands, Muir Woods and Golden Gate Park. When collecting your bike, inform the helpful staff on where you would like to go and how far you want to cycle and you will be provided with the most comfortable bike for your ride. They will also give you tips on where the best sightseeing attractions are along the way as you experience San Francisco at your leisure.

Bike the Golden Gate Bridge towards Marin Headlands and check out the magnificent views of San Francisco and Alcatraz Island. Continue to Sausalito and enjoy the delicious foods along the waterfront. Lock up your bike at the ferry terminal and walk around the small town of Sausalito, browsing the souvenir shops and enjoying the variety of art galleries that Sausalito has to offer.

When you're satisfied, use your ferry ticket provided by the bike rental staff to board your return ferry to San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.

Vehicle Safety Inspection: Safety is paramount in our industry and one of the biggest safety components in the tours we provide are our vehicles. Extranomical's fleet includes vans and mini-buses. Our vehicles are inspected constantly; first in the morning when the tour guide begins his/her day; second throughout the day the tour guide is verifying fluid levels, tire pressure and the general operation of the vehicle is monitored throughout the day. The vehicles are also inspected regularly (at least every 10,000) miles by our vehicle maintenance staff and also by independent certified mechanics during their routine maintenance. If that were not all, we also go through a thorough inspection performed by the California Highway Patrol once a year.
Tour Guide Training & Substance Abuse Testing: Our tour guides are extensively trained on both safety driving techniques and on providing an informative and interesting tour. Before being hired, we test our guides on safety driving in realistic situations around San Francisco they are also tested through an oral presentation of the material they will present to make sure that they provide a safe, knowledgeable and interesting tour.
