San Francisco Fourth of July Celebration

Every year San Francisco’s Pier 39 celebrates the Fourth of July holiday with music, entertainment and a brilliant fireworks show at dusk. This year the celebration begins at 3:00 pm with a free live soft rock performance by Mustache Harbor in the Pier 39 Entrance Plaza. This free event also features family friendly entertainment on the Alpine Spring Water stage throughout the day.

At 6:00pm - 9:30pm 80’s cover band Tainted Love will entertain the Independence Day crowd. The annual fireworks display begins at dusk and can be seen over the bay towards the north east.
