Beerfest in Sonoma County, California

Sonoma County will celebrate the annual Beerfest this weekend on Saturday June 5th, 2010. The microbrew and food tasting festival will be held in Santa Rosa at the Wells Fargo center for the Arts located at 50 Mark West Springs Road. Beerfest will feature 35 of Northern California's best microbreweries as well as gourmet food purveyor's. Festival participants will also enjoy the live music of the Bluesburners while sampling some of California's premier food and drink.

Beerfest begins at 1:00 pm June 5th and tasting commences at 5:00 pm. Tickets to the event include all food and drink tasting as well as a souvenir tasting glass and can be purchased for $40.00 online or $45.00 at the door. Several of the featured breweries attending the event are 21st Amendment Brewery, Anderson Valley Brewing, bear Republic Brewing, Mad River Brewing and Third Street Aleworks. Airport shuttle transfers and Alcatraz Tours are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are subject to a 10% or $25 fee, whichever is greater.
