The California software firm, Missing Link Networks, based at the north end of the Napa Valley in Calistoga has released new software to manage small wineries. Based on their well established eCellar program, the new “Small Winery” version offers compliance and fulfillment tracking, sales, marketing, inventory, and customer management in the suite.
The Napa County based firm released its first wine industry software program in 1999 and has been providing local wineries such as Spring Mountain Vineyard, Flora Springs, Heitz Wine Cellars, Grgich Hills Estate, and Quintessa with online winery business management software solutions. The eCellar program manages inventory tracking, e-mail marketing, point of sale, wine clubs, and e-commerce, and correlates all sales transaction information across all outlets into one database which can be accessed from any online connection.
Now the smaller vineyards can manage the unique demands of the industry with a similar platform. The new "Small Winery" Edition of eCellar’s software is everything that the robust software program offers the largest of the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley local wineries but addresses the budgets and specific needs of the boutique wineries and artisan vintners everywhere.
