The Napa Valley Mustard Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and growth of business and tourism in the Napa Valley. Along with local businesses the Mustard Festival also features non-profit organizations and partners with international companies during the 3 month long event. The food, wine, art, music and cultural activities are scheduled throughout the months of January, February and March each year when wild mustard carpets much of the wine country setting a colorful backdrop for the festivities.
A few of the festivities include a weekend of fine art, a taste of regional cuisine and agricultural tours. Each event is sponsored by at least one local business and an international partner along with mustard companies from around the world. Along with the scheduled events are local companies offering special prices and discounts for participants of the festival. The festival commences with a grand dinner on March 27, 2010. This year is the 17th Annual Mustard Festival and more information regarding event locations and dates can be found by visiting www.mustardfestival.org.
