San Francisco's Marriott Marquis Celebrates 25 Years of Tourism

May
20 2010
San Francisco

The San Francisco Marriott Marquis will celebrate it's 25th Anniversary this month and will continue the festivities all summer long. The Marquis is 39 stories of comfort and elegance located in SOMA next to the Moscone Center and the Yerba Buena Gardens. City tourists staying at the Marriott Marquis can also enjoy Union Square, AT&T Park and multiple museums and city tourist attractions that are within walking distance. The Marquis is also a well known meeting and convention hotel so tourists should book their stay early as the hotel fills up fast during peak city convention season.

The Marriott Marquis will celebrate 25 years of city tourism by offering discounted room rates throughout the summer, which is the city's peak tourist season. Standard room prices will start at $189.00 per night plus tax and the hotel package includes a bottle of champagne, designer chocolates and $25.00 hotel gift card to be used during the stay. This special offer is valid through September 6, 2010. There will also be restaurant and bar specials offered to both hotel guests and their clientele. The San Francisco Convention and Visitor's Bureau expects tourism to increase drastically this year and prompts many out of town visitors to take advantage of this special celebration package.
