San Francisco's Green Chamber of Commerce Introduces The Hub

The Hub is a 7200 square foot work and event space, with an additional 1350 square foot art gallery, opening in the San Francisco Chronicle Building one block south of the Powell Street BART station this May. San Francisco's Green Chamber of Commerce opened its first community space in Berkeley and now plans to open its second space in San Francisco as a way to connect businesses and communities to the green economy of the region. Support from the city San Francisco Convention and Visitor's Bureau along with city officials has helped Green Chamber of Commerce's idea take fruition.

This space is part of a collaboration between the city and the Hearst Corporation, which plans to build a four acre 'Innovation Campus' between Mission and Howard Streets in the next five years. San Francisco and the greater Bay Area region has adopted a green economic plan which aims to draw environmentally friendly tourism and business to the area by supporting and growing green business by a factor of 50% in the next ten years.

Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours before trip departure to get partial refund, or at least 8 days in advance if the reservation includes hotel accommodation. Airport shuttle transfers and Alcatraz Tours are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are subject to a 10% or $25 fee, whichever is greater. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, it’s important to be on time. If you are late or miss your scheduled pickup time for the tour please contact our office immediately at 415-357-0700. An alternative pick up location may be arranged at customer expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
