ArtSpan is one of San Francisco's well known non-profits dedicated to building communities by connecting the public to visual arts. Through SF Open Studios, youth and adult education and art-centered events artists are offered a platform to thrive while creating a community that values artists and their work. ArtSpan is a very important organization within the Bay Area and Executive Director Therese F. Martin along with other board members decided that the ArtSpan website should reflect the overall mission of the organization.

Maker Seven, an award winning boutique interactive agency, was chosen to lead the redesign of ArtSpan's website and creative content. The new website will feature artist profiles along with their work as well as enhanced search and navigation features. Maker Seven will also create a new look and feel for the website which will create a compelling destination for both artists and the public.

ArtSpan provides an important tool for city tourists and residents interested in viewing local artwork, touring an Open Studios event or perusing local art galleries. For more information regarding ArtSpan please visit www.artspan.org.

Tours are generally operated by Extranomical Adventures, Inc. although we reserve the right to use other operators and/or subcontractors to operate all and any tours advertised. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours before trip departure to get partial refund, or at least 8 days in advance if the reservation includes hotel accommodation. Airport shuttle transfers and Alcatraz Tours are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are subject to a 10% or $25 fee, whichever is greater. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, it’s important to be on time. If you are late or miss your scheduled pickup time for the tour please contact our office immediately at 415-357-0700. An alternative pick up location may be arranged at customer expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
