Three Twins Organic Ice Cream Opens in San Francisco

Jun
03 2009

Neil Gottleib, owner and founder of Three Twins Organic Ice Cream has opened his third shop in San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood. Gottleib opened his first store in 2005 in San Rafael, and his second storefront in Napa County soon after. For tourists interested in sampling ice cream made from local, organic ingredients stop by the new shop located at 254 Fillmore at Haight. Tourists with a sweet tooth will enjoy tasting some of the unusual flavor combinations that rotate with the seasons.

A few of the current offerings found in the Lower Haight shop are Stormy Night, a dark rich chocolate soy based ice cream and pistachio and balsamic-dappled Strawberry Je Ne Sais Quoi. The wine country shop caters to wine lovers and offers wonderful complementary flavors to some locally produced wines as well. Visitors touring San Francisco will find a sweet surprise at this newly opened ice cream shop, and for those touring wine country be prepared to spend sometime satiating your sweet tooth as well as your wine tasting palate.
