This year San Francisco will be celebrating the 26th Annual Folsom Street Fair, the largest leather/fetish fair in the world, covering 13 city blocks. The fair begins at 11:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 27, 2009. The Folsom Street Fair is an original San Francisco event welcoming over 400,000 attendees as the third largest single one day festival in California. People from all over the world travel to San Francisco to take part in this exciting world renown event.

The fair includes over 250 exhibitors and vendors, food, beverages and lots of fun artistic and cultural entertainment. The fair entertainment includes two live stages featuring 16 alternative performances, a huge dance area with internationally known DJ's, a dedicated area for women and a new artist's area. The Folsom Street Fair can be found in the South of Market district in San Francisco on Folsom Street between 7th and 12th Streets. Admission to the fair is free but a suggested donation of $7.00 is appreciated and will benefit local charities throughout the Bay Area.
