Q: How do I book or make a reservation?
A: Booking & making a reservation is easy. You can book on-line to receive our on-line discount or call our office on (toll free from the USA) 1-866-231-3752 or (internationally) +1 415 357 0700. We require a valid credit card to hold all phone & internet reservations.

Q: Do you have a lost and found?
A: Yes. Items left in the vehicles are stored in a lost and found for 30 days. If you think that you have left something on one of our tours, please give us a call, toll free (866) 231-3752 to see if it has been found. Q: Can I cancel my reservations?
A: Yes, cancellations must be made 72 hrs before trip departure to get partial refund Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Private Charters require 2 weeks notice for changes or cancellations.

Q: How do I pay for my tour?
A: If you are reserving your tour on-line, your credit card will be charged. Reservations by phone require a credit card to hold your seat(s). If you choose to pay by credit card over the phone there is a $2 per person service fee. No service fees are charged on internet reservations. Cash can only be paid directly to our tour guide on our Yosemite & Giant Sequoias 1 day Tour, & our Redwoods & Wine Country 1 day tour. You can also come to our dispatch office prior to the tour departure date and pay cash directly.

A: Yes, we do accept valid & properly signed Travelers Checks as a substitute for cash payments.
