The following dates give our best estimate on what days of the week each tour will depart from San Francisco, based on seasonal volume and weather considerations. Tours may be canceled because of extreme weather, which is very rare (a little rain won’t stop us!), or other concerns, or added because of increased demand. Yosemite Tours
The Yosemite Valley is beautiful and the waterfalls (Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Falls, etc.) are roaring! Amazing sights include the Inspiration Point, Giant Sequoias, and Half Dome. It takes a long time for the snow to melt, so access to higher altitude regions is limited well into spring.

Muir Woods Tours
Muir Woods National Monument is the place to breathe in refreshing forest air and to see the Sequoia Sempervirens (or Coastal Redwoods). Hike or walk inside Muir Woods to admire its redwood trees. Alcatraz Tours
Alcatraz Island is a historic and infamous federal prison. Visitors on the Alcatraz Tour can learn about the Indian occupation of 1969-1971, early military fortifications (the first U.S. fort on the coast), and the West Coast's first and oldest-operating lighthouse. Departs daily, but we highly recommend booking in advance due to high demand. Alcatraz tickets are also only available in combination with another tour.
